It is not an add-on; it is the design basis. Building in the Territory without a builder who works to it routinely is not something to attempt.

The Territory operates a fidelity fund arrangement for prescribed residential work, but we have not verified the current scheme details against the Board and will not state figures we have not read on their own material.
